นี่คือการประกวดภาพถ่ายที่ไร้จรรยาบรรณเน้นความมันเอาสนุกๆ แต่รางวัลใหญ่จริง ภาพที่ส่งจะเป็นภาพถ่ายแบบไหนก็ได้ ถ่ายจากที่ใดไม่สำคัญ สำคัญว่าต้องมีปลาการ์ตูนอยู่ในรูป เราไม่แบ่งแยกสายพันธ์ปลาการ์ตูน แต่แบ่งหัวข้อการประกวดออกเป็น 5 หัวข้อ และเพื่อความ inter ของการแข่งขัน การประกวดคราวนี้ เราจึงเปิดรับผู้เข้าแข่งขันจากต่างประเทศด้วย!! ก่อนส่งภาพกรุณาอ่านวิธีการส่งภาพ และ กติกา ด้านล่างให้เรียบร้อย และ เข้าใจก่อน ไม่งั้นอดได้รางวัล นะเออ

หมายเหตุ 1 : ของรางวัลอาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงตามความเหมาะสม ผู้ที่ได้รับรางวัลอาจจะต้องชำระภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย 5% ในวันรับรางวัล แล้วแต่ผู้สนับสนุน

Welcome to the weirdest underwater photo competition. The theme is anemonefish! Yes, the nemo. It doesn’t matter which species, or wherever you took the images. We are opening to 5 funny categories. Before entry ,please read the rules and submission procedures carefully.

Note 1 : Prizes are subjected to change without notice. The winner may have to pay 5% withholding tax for product prize by transfer the amount to digitalay’s account prior to receive the prize.
Note 2 : The winner or his/her proxy must be able to claim the prize at digitalay office in Bangkok, or shall pay for delivery fee by themselves. Sorry guys, we don’t have the budget.

กฏเหล็ก:จำนวนปลาการ์ตูนเยอะที่สุดใน 1 ภาพ และผู้ส่งภาพต้องบอกจำนวนปลาทั้งหมดมาด้วยว่าในภาพนั้นมีปลากี่ตัว ถ้ากรรมการนับแล้วไม่เท่ากับที่ผู้ส่งภาพบอก จะถือว่าผิดกฎ ไม่สามารถรับรางวัลได้:)หากภาพมีจำนวนปลาการ์ตูนเท่ากัน จะตัดสินจากความสวยงาม
The rule: Having the most number of anemonefish in 1 photo. The participant must give the exact number of the fish in the photo. We may count and if it wasn’t match with the given number, the photo will be disqualified:)

กฎกติกามารยาท

General Rules 
  • การประกวดภาพถ่าย Digitalay Anemonefish Photo Contest เปิดสำหรับช่างภาพทุกระดับที่ถ่ายภาพใต้น้ำจากทุกสถานที่ในโลก ภาพปลาการ์ตูนที่ส่งประกวดต้องเป็นปลาการ์ตูนตามธรรมชาติเท่านั้น
  • กรรมการ และทีมงานสามารถส่งภาพเข้าร่วมแข่งขันในประเภทขวัญใจมหาชนได้เท่านั้น ไม่มีสิทธิ์ในหัวข้ออื่น
  • ผู้ส่งภาพเข้าประกวด จะได้รับรางวัลที่มีมูลค่าสูงสุดเพียงรางวัลเดียวเท่านั้น
  • ผู้เข้าประกวด 1ท่านสามารถส่งภาพได้จำนวนสูงสุดไม่เกิน 5 ภาพเท่านั้น
  • ภาพที่ส่งเข้าประกวดต้องเป็นภาพที่ถ่ายโดยผู้ส่งเท่านั้น
  • ภาพที่ส่งเข้าประกวดสามารถ crop และปรับแต่งได้ตามมาตรฐานสากลของการแต่งภาพ โดยต้องเก็บ file ต้นฉบับ (file ที่ยังไม่ผ่านการปรับแต่ง ออกมาจากกล้องสดๆ) ไว้ให้กรรมการขอดูได้ หากได้รับรางวัล
  • ภาพที่ส่งเข้าประกวดจะโดนจัดหมวดโดยกรรมการ ยกเว้นหัวข้อ 3 ปลาการ์ตูนเยอะสุด ต้องระบุหัวข้อ และจำนวนปลาที่นับได้ในภาพ มาพร้อมกับตอนส่งภาพ
  • ภาพที่ส่งเข้าประกวด สามารถเป็นภาพที่เคยส่งประกวดที่อื่นก่อนได้ เราไม่แคร์ ต่อให้เคยได้รางวัลใหญ่มา ก็อาจจะไม่ชนะที่นี่ก็ได้นะ เพราะเราไร้จรรยาบรรณ
  • ต้องไม่มีการทำร้าย รังแก เพื่อนนักดำน้ำและ/หรือสิ่งมีชีวิตใดๆ เพื่อการถ่ายภาพโดยเด็ดขาด ถือเป็นดุลยพินิจของกรรมการที่จะตัดสิทธิภาพ หากไม่แน่ใจ
  • ภาพที่ชนะการประกวด เป็นลิขสิทธิ์ของเจ้าของภาพ แต่เวปดิจิทะเล จะขอใช้เพื่อการโปรโมทเวปบ้างเล็กน้อย และทุกครั้งที่มีการใช้จะมีการใส่เครดิตชื่อช่างภาพไว้ด้วยทุกครั้ง
  • การตัดสินของกรรมการถือเป็นข้อสิ้นสุด เถึยงได้ โต้แย้งได้ แต่เราไม่สน
  • การส่งภาพเข้าประกวด ถือว่าเข้าใจและตกลงยอมรับกติกาและวิธีการตัดสินของเรา อย่างไม่มีเงื่อนไข หุ หุ หุ
  • ในกรณีได้รับรางวัลเป็นสิ่งของ ผู้ที่ได้รับรางวัล ต้องสามารถมารับของจากออฟฟิศดิจิทะเล หรือรับผิดชอบค่าจัดส่งรางวัลด้วยตนเอง ดิจิทะเลไม่มีตังค์ส่งให้จ้า… (T_T )
  • แก้ไขเพิ่มเติม วันที่ 10 เมษายน: ผู้มีสิทธิได้รับรางวัลพิเศษสำหรับผู้กด LIKE ภาพชนะเลิศหัวข้อขวัญใจมหาชน ต้องตอบคำถามให้ได้ว่ารางวัลทั้ง 3 รางวัลนั้นมีอะไรบ้าง และต้องส่งคำตอบภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง หลังจากทีมงานติดต่อส่งคำถามไปทางใดก็ตาม ดูรายละเอียดเพิ่มเติมที่นี่
  • Digitalay Anemonefish Photo Contest is open to entrants of all skill levels and every nationality.  Anemonefish images must be taken underwater in the wild, and can be taken from any places of the world.
  • Digitalay.com staffs and judges are allowed to enter ONLY in popular vote category.
  • Each individual can only win one prize. Entrants with multiple winning entries will be given priority in prizes by value.
  • Each applicant can apply for the contest with not more than 5 images.
  • All submitted images must have been taken by the entrant.
  • Minor color adjustment, cropping, and basic digital darkroom processes are allowed. The winners must be able to present the original file upon request.
  • Images will be categorized by digitalay staffs, except for category 3 ‘the most anemone fish in one frame. Entrants must provide number of anemonefish in the image with submission. Fail to provide the number will lead to disqualification for Category 3.
  • Submission images can enter or even won from any other  previous contests. It’s not guarantee your winning here. We have difference way of seeing beauty.:)
  • Marine life or dive buddy should never be stressed nor harassed for the sake of a photo. Conservation rules will apply to all entries, and decisions will be final.
  • Photographers retain all copyrights to their images. Digitalay.com retain the right to publish the contest entries in print or online (Broadcasting, Printing, Public Displaying) to congratulate or feature the winners and their respective images, and to promote future events. Photo credit will be issued along every usages.
  • Decisions made by the Contest Committee will be honored as final. You may dispute but we DON’T care!!!
  • By submitting the Application Form and any images, applicants understood and willing to abide by any rules and regulations set out by the Contest Committee
  • The winner or his/her proxy must be able to claim the prize at digitalay office in Bangkok, or shall pay for delivery fee by themselves. Sorry guys, we don’t have the budget.
  • Edited on 10th April: The winner on “SPECIAL LUCKY DRAW PRICES FOR VOTERS OF A WINNING IMAGE IN POPULAR VOTE CATEGORY” must give correct answer what are all prizes for this lucky draw winners. The answer must be given within 24hrs after the question hand out. more details here

 วิธีการส่งภาพ และการตัดสิน

 Submission and judging procedure
  • ส่งภาพมาที่ submission[@]digitalay.com
  • ขนาดภาพต้องมีด้านกว้าง (width) เท่ากับ 800px ที่ 72dpi เท่านั้น ภาพทุกภาพห้ามใส่ลายน้ำ (watermark) ห้ามใส่กรอบภาพ เพื่อความยุติธรรม
  • ทุกภาพที่ส่งต้องกำกับ ชื่อช่างภาพทั้งภาษาไทยและอังกฤษ มาพร้อม email ด้วย ถ้าทำเป็นกรุณาใส่ชื่อช่างภาพ มาใน metadata ของภาพด้วย
  • เฉพาะ category 3 ปลาการ์ตูนเยอะสุดดีเด่น โปรดระบุจำนวนปลาที่นับได้มาด้วย ไม่งั้นตัดสิทธินะ!
  • เริ่มส่งภาพได้ตั้งแต่วันนี้เป็นต้นไป ภาพชุดแรกจะถูกอัพขึ้นอัลบัมใน facebook วันที่ 1 กุมภาพันธ์ 2012 โดยเรียงลำดับภาพตามลำดับการส่ง หลังจากนั้นถ้ามีภาพส่งเข้ามาอีกจะทยอยอัพขึ้นตามความสะดวกของดิจิทะเล
  • สิ้นสุดการส่งภาพวันที่ 31 มีนาคม 2012 เวลา 23:59 (เวลาประเทศไทย GMT +7)
  • เริ่มโหวต (กด like) ได้ตั้งแต่ 1 กุมภาพันธ์ 2012 จนถึงวันที่ 11 เมษายน 2012 เวลา 23:59 (เวลาประเทศไทย GMT +7) ประกาศผลทุกรางวัลประมาณวันที่  30 เมษายน 2012 แก้ไขเพิ่มเติม วันที่ 30 เมษายน: เนื่องจากมีผู้ส่งภาพประกวดเป็นจำนวนมาก การตัดสินจึงล่าช้าไปกว่าที่กำหนด ต้องขออภัยมา ณ ที่นี้
  • Email images to submission[@]digitalay.com.
  • Image width must be exactly 800 pixel at 72 dpi without any watermark and image frame
  • Every submission image must have photographer name provided. If possible please also add photographer name in each image matadata
  • Only for category 3 ‘The most anemonefish in one frame’, Entrant must inform number of anemonefish in the image, along with submission. Otherwise, it will be disqualified.
  • Submission start from today. The first set of images will be uploaded to Digitalay Facebook album on 1 February 2012. Images will be displayed in submission order, first come, first display. Submission images after 1 February 2012 will be added per digitalay convenience.
  • Submission deadline is 31 March 2012 at 23:59 (GMT +7)
  • Voting period will start from 1 February 2012 (the first upload date) until 11 April 2012 at 23:59 (GMT +7)
  • All Prize winners will be announce around 30 April 2012. edited on 30th April: Due a lot of submission, we have to delay the winner announcement. Sorry for this inconvenience.
